All content on our LMS, including chapters, videos, doubt session data, interview questions, and materials related to IT technologies such as Full Stack, Data Science, MERN Stack, MEAN Stack, Big Data, Git, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, AI, Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Java Full stack, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps (Linux, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, TensorFlow, Ansible, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline), Data frames, and more, is the exclusive property of ATH-LMS or our licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Strict Prohibition On Unauthorized Use

• You are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, reproducing, distributing, or transmitting any content from the LMS without prior written permission from ATH-LMS.
• Any attempt to use software, bots, or third-party tools to scrape, copy, download, or extract data, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the LMS, is strictly forbidden.
• If you are found to have engaged in unauthorized copying, downloading, data scraping, or attempts to crash, disrupt, or interfere with the LMS, strict legal action will be taken against you, including but not limited to civil and criminal penalties.

7. Usage of Content

The content on the LMS is intended solely for personal learning and professional development. You may not use the content for commercial purposes or distribute it to others. Sharing your account or LMS resources with unauthorized users is prohibited.

8. Payments & Refunds

Some courses or services may require payment. All payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a particular course’s terms.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit questions, feedback, or other content to the LMS (e.g., during doubt sessions), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display this content as part of our LMS operations.

10. Limitation of Liability
